Assembler/General Labor
Location: Wanamingo, Minnesota
Qualifications: Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Read a tape measure, use a shovel, stack product, operate industrial machinery. Will train. High school diploma, GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training. Must have at least basic reading and writing skills. Ability to operate a forklift is a plus. Reasonable accommodations may to made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. No supervisory responsibilities required.
Pay Hourly is $22.25 per hour. Benefits include insurance, 401K, with match, paid vacation and holidays. First shift hours - full time.
Casting Production
Location: Wanamingo, Minnesota
Qualifications:Will work in the casting department to build flat pads, covers and other precast concrete products. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs or more. Read a tape measure, use a shovel, stack product, operate industrial machinery. Will train. High school diploma, GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training. Must have at least basic reading and writing skills. Ability to operate a forklift is a plus. Quality Control Manager
Location: 1010 North Star Drive, Zumbrota, Minnesota 55992
Position Duties: Review and analyze production requirements, specifications, and quality control standards to ensure products meet customer needs. Coordinate with production teams to align quality standards with production capabilities. Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing processes comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Oversee daily production and product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. Set the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance with established standards. Devise, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Monitor production processes and outputs to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Identify corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. Oversee technicians and inspectors. Collect feedback from the clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors. Perform related general management duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in construction or production management (any title).
