Use the generic flat pad drawing. Enter the approximate outside width dimension of the flat pad. The pad width dimension generally corresponds to the width of the supported unit's front face. For example, the pad width should equal the width of a transformer including the door span. Concast recommends leaving at least an inch of clearance all around the base of the unit to the outside edge of the box pad for best support.
Use the generic flat pad drawing. Enter the approximate outside length dimension of the flat pad. The box length/depth dimension generally corresponds to the depth of the supported unit. Concast recommends leaving at least an inch of clearance all around the base of the unit to the outside edge of the box pad for best support.
Use the generic flat pad drawing. Enter the approximate outside height dimension of the flat pad.
Enter total weight of the unit that the box pad will be supporting. This number helps to determine the design the flat pad.
Typically the opening or "throat" is centered on the "W" dimension. If the opening is not centered, included that side offset dimensional information.
Offset is the distance from the front edge of the pad to the opening edge.
Please keep files small.
